As a Jet Ski Tour Guide, you will lead exhilarating Jet Ski rides in the bay of OCMD behind Macky's & Secrets. Experience on the water is not necessary, but definitely a bonus! Responsibilities Lead Jet Ski & Pontoon Boat safety briefs prior to all rides. Ensure safety protocols are strictly enforced throughout each rental. Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing guest questions, concerns, and special requests with enthusiasm Manage time efficiently to ensure tours start promptly and run smoothly within scheduled ride times. Demonstrate leadership by guiding groups confidently, especially during challenging situations or emergencies Daily maintenance of equipment. Qualifications Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate with prospective clients. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide groups confidently Excellent public speaking and communication skills for clear instructions and engaging storytelling Prior experience in customer service or teaching roles is highly desirable Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced outdoor environment Knowledge of water safety practices and jet ski operation is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Must be a strong swimmer and work well under pressure. You will need to get a Maryland Boating Safety Certificate online. $25 You will need to attend a Maryland Dept. of Natural Resources safety training.
