Concord Place Apartments is currently looking for a Pool Monitor to join our on-site community team to help support a positive experience for our residents. What are the responsibilities of a Pool Monitor? Keep residents safe and happy by monitoring the pool and sundeck areas Maintaining a professional appearance as a company representative, demonstrating sound judgment and conduct Monitoring activities and enforcing rules in the swimming and sundeck areas to prevent accidents, and provide a safe environment to residents Reporting any broken equipment Checking resident identification to ensure they live at our community Additional duties as assigned by the Manager What are the role requirements? Able to work independently Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, tolerating temperatures above 90 degrees Able to effectively and professionally communicate with residents and co-workers Basic computer skills and comfort learning software, apps, and programs Have reliable transportation If you are interested and are over the age of 16, we welcome you to apply! Compensation:
