Part-Time Experience Center/Challenger Learning Center Support Terms of Employment:

Part-Time, up to 24 hours per week. Flexible work schedule to include some evenings and weekends.

Contracted.

FLSA Status:

Compensation:

$14.00 per Hour.

Responsibilities:

Prepare for and deliver high-quality and professional programming in Experience Center and Challenger Learning Center in non-traditional and traditional settings including, but not limited to on-site field trips, off-site outreaches, scout activities, birthday parties, camps and public programs, and some special events. Provide excellent customer service to visitors/program participants. Responsible for care and maintenance of program supplies and equipment. Ensure safety of site, activities, and participants; report any accidents, injuries, and safety concerns. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude and demeanor; effectively represent and act as an Ambassador for the College to faculty, staff, students and visitors. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma required. Associate degree preferred. Ability to work as a team. Ability to be punctual, responsible, and flexible. High degree of social and communication skills.
