Full Job Description Job Title:

Professional Guide and Kayak Educator Job Description Paddle Bridge Guide Collective is looking to add to its team of ACA-certified professional kayak guides. (Training included) Paddle Bridge Guide Collective is a guided kayaking tour company based in Minneapolis, MN. Most of our programming is built around providing positive experiences on the Mississippi River. We offer 2 to 5 hour trips that cover more than just paddling, as we also focus on core values of education and stewardship of the river. J ob duties included but not limited to: Lifting/loading kayaks on and off trailer Light kayak maintenance & cleaning Complete a mandatory training Guide solo trips after the initial training period (We work to maintain a ratio of 5 kayaks on the river per guide.)

Client Communications:

work within our reservation system to book & check in guests, email tour information & photos to guests, etc. Log own hours reliably with HomeBase. Abide by company expectations & guidelines If comfortable, potentially operate truck and loaded trailer Experience /

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills Detail Oriented Must be able to lift 45 plus pounds Experience driving a truck & trailer is a plus! An enthusiasm for the outdoors & the Mississippi River is a plus!

Compensation & Hours:

$15/hour during training $16.50/hour + tips after training is completed This would be an on-call position with anywhere between 5-25 hours/week Please check out our website to learn more about what we do at www.paddlebridge.com We are looking to schedule a guide training in May but other training opportunities will be available.
