This job might be for you! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to be part of the team running some of our coolest attractions: the Ropes Course, Mirror Maze, and Selfie Express. If you're all about creating fun, memorable experiences for guests, and love being active, we want to meet you!
What You'll Do:
Make every guest's visit unforgettable by guiding them safely through our exciting attractions. Keep the energy up by training guests on how to use our equipment and ensuring they have a blast, all while staying safe. Stay on top of safety by fitting guests with harnesses, giving clear instructions, and keeping a close eye on everyone while they explore. Help out with daily course inspections and equipment maintenance so everything runs smoothly. Work closely with the team and other departments to create a seamless guest experience throughout Union Station. Provide unique experiences by sharing fun facts and interacting with guests to make their visit extra special.
