Located in the heart of Barnardsville, NC visitors can enjoy breathtaking mountain views, and enjoy the scenic mountain trails. We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic Off-Road Tour Guides to lead exciting off-road vehicle tours through rugged terrain. In this role, you will ensure guests have a safe, memorable adventure while providing exceptional customer service. Your leadership and communication skills will inspire confidence and excitement in every guest as you share your knowledge of the local landscape and outdoor safety. . Responsibilities Lead engaging off-road vehicle tours, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to guests on vehicle operation and trail etiquette Share interesting facts about the surrounding environment, wildlife, and local history to enhance the guest experience Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing guest questions and concerns promptly and professionally Conduct safety checks on vehicles before each tour and perform routine trail inspections Manage time effectively to ensure tours start and end on schedule while maximizing guest enjoyment Foster a fun, inclusive atmosphere that encourages guest participation and enthusiasm Requirements Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse groups of guests Excellent public speaking and communication skills to clearly convey instructions and information Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader range of guests Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude and approachable demeanor Good time management skills to coordinate multiple tours efficiently Experience in teaching or guiding outdoor activities is preferred but not required Ability to stand, walk, and navigate uneven terrain for extended periods during tours Join our team as an Off-Road Tour Guide and help create unforgettable outdoor adventures!
