Must be able to learn our tour and have good customer service and dependability. Flexible schedule and fun job! Must have a clean driving record over the past 3 years. We have a great team and are looking for team players that would be a great addition. If you have a passion for history and the beautiful Queen City then this is the job for you! Southern Charm Rides offers open-air golf cart tours, both historical and haunted, through center city Charlotte, NC. We pride ourselves on showing our guests the beauty and history of the Queen City. Our hour and a half long tours run Sunday thru Saturday throughout the day and our guides are trained and educated on the history of Charlotte so as to best guide our guests on their journey! Meet people from all walks of life and give them a reason to love our city! With Charlotte's rich history, there's always a story to tell! Training starts February 16th for starting March 1st for Historical Tour Guides. Must be 25 or older Valid driver's license with clean DMV and driving record for past 3 years required Meet and greet customers in a positive manner Professional appearance required Love and understanding of history, specifically Charlotte's, recommended Ability to multitask, our guides double as our cart drivers We provide on the job training Must be able to retain information from training period Availability through the week preferred, weekend hours available Various hours available, will discuss upon interview Training provided Dependability is a must Send résumé and 3 references. Background Check required Responsibilities Conduct engaging and informative tours, showcasing local attractions and history to enhance visitor experience. Provide exceptional customer service Manage time effectively to ensure tours run on schedule. Utilize strong public speaking and communication skills to connect with diverse audiences. Maintain a valid driver's license to transport guests safely. Foster a welcoming environment, encouraging interaction and feedback from participants.
