Warren YES is searching for educators who see teaching as a calling, not just a job. As a founding teacher, you'll help shape a school built on community connection, place‑based learning, and the Paideia philosophy of active, student‑centered education. What You'll Do Design learning experiences that use our local community, environment, and culture as the classroom Facilitate Paideia‑style instruction: Socratic seminars, coaching, and collaborative projects Build strong relationships with students, families, and community partners Bring energy, creativity, and joy to a school that values curiosity over compliance Collaborate with a founding team to shape school culture, traditions, and systems Use data, reflection, and student voice to guide instructional decisions Model lifelong learning and a growth mindset Who You Are Passionate about innovative, student‑centered education Energized by building something new from the ground up Skilled at creating inclusive, culturally responsive learning environments Excited to teach beyond the four walls of a classroom Comfortable with flexibility, iteration, and shared leadership Committed to equity, community partnership, and authentic learning
