Duties Lead informative and lively tours for visitors, highlighting the history, craftsmanship, and unique features of our products and facilities Provide personalized assistance to customers in the retail shop and bottle sales area, offering product recommendations and answering questions Manage sales transactions efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space and tour areas to ensure a welcoming environment Demonstrate excellent time management by balancing tour schedules with retail responsibilities Communicate effectively with visitors and team members in multiple languages to accommodate diverse groups Qualifications Proven leadership skills with experience guiding groups or leading activities in a public setting Strong public speaking skills combined with an energetic, engaging presentation style Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for teaching and sharing knowledge about our products and history Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with diverse audiences and team members Ability to manage time effectively, balancing multiple responsibilities throughout the day Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality is a plus; training will be provided for product knowledge Join us in delivering memorable experiences while showcasing our products!
