Full Job Description Duties:
- Lead engaging tours, providing insightful information and historical context
- Ensure the safety and enjoyment of tour participants throughout the excursion
- Answer questions and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a well-paced schedule to cover all key points of interest
- Adapt tour content to suit diverse audiences and interests
- Drives commercial vehicle (12~ 15 passenger) for at least 6~7 hours
- Adapt tour content to suit diverse audiences and interests
- Drives commercial vehicle (23 passenger) for at least 6~7 hours
Skills:
- Proficiency in Japanese or Chinese and English (Multilingual)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information (communicate)
- Strong public speaking abilities to captivate audiences (Public speaking)
- Ability to educate and inform visitors about historical and cultural aspects
- Exceptional customer service skills to enhance the guest experience
- Effective time management to keep tours on schedule
- Leadership qualities to guide groups with confidence
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- CDL B driver lincense + Passenger (P) Endorsement is preferred
