Job Overview We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and professional Tour Guides to lead small-group tours to destinations including the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, Hoover Dam, Antelope Canyon, and Valley of Fire. What You'll Do Safely operate a 14-passenger Mercedes Sprinter van (up to 14 passengers), adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols Lead guests on unforgettable day tours from Las Vegas to national parks and scenic destinations Provide engaging commentary, local knowledge, and outstanding customer service throughout the tour Manage tour schedules and ensure guests stay informed and comfortable Assist guests with boarding, hiking activities, photo opportunities, and general needs Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness Handle unexpected situations professionally while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction Represent Ameri-Trip in a positive and professional manner What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality Strong communication and public speaking skills Passion for travel, tourism, nature, and outdoor destinations Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Able to remain calm and professional under pressure Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet Comfortable leading groups and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds Physically capable of light hiking and walking with guests Previous tour guide, hospitality, teaching, customer service, or public-facing experience is a plus Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be over the age of 25 (insurance requirement) Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening Comfortable driving long distances to destinations such as Grand Canyon and Zion National Park Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Tour guiding experience Hospitality or tourism industry experience Teaching, coaching, performing, or public speaking experience Bilingual abilities (English/Mandarin or English/Spanish highly desirable) Compensation & Benefits Competitive tour pay plus guest gratuities Most guides earn typically $150-$280 per day before tips, depending on route and guest counts Paid training provided Flexible scheduling Full-time and part-time opportunities available Year-round work available Opportunity to visit and work in some of the most spectacular destinations in
