The ideal candidate will have a passion for sharing information and engaging with diverse groups of people. We are looking for applicants with open availability to work both part-time and full-time positions. This is a great place to work with an incredible staff in an outdoor industry. Qualifications & Skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Passionate about the outdoors and sharing the area's beauty and history. Good driving record Hospitality and Guide driving experience strongly preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Tour Guide or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required. Lifting 50 pounds+, walking, bending, stooping, extreme weather conditions Excellent time management skills to ensure tours run smoothly and on schedule. Leadership qualities that enable effective group management and guest interaction. A passion for educating others and sharing knowledge about local history and culture. Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing an outstanding visitor experience.
