[Job Overview] We are hiring a User Operations Specialist to support the daily operation and maintenance of our international student community. This role involves collecting user feedback, identifying user needs, and assisting with the planning and coordination of related community activities. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and an interest in building a long-term career in New York. Candidates with experience in sales, customer service, or community operations are preferred. [Job Responsibilities] Manage and maintain the daily operations of the international student community Collect user feedback, organize and analyze user needs Provide basic information and support services to users Assist in planning and organizing online and offline community activities Improve user engagement, participation, and overall user experience Collaborate with the team to support ongoing operational work [Qualifications] Bachelor's or Master's degree required; recent graduates are welcome to apply Strong communication skills and execution ability Responsible, detail-oriented, and careful in work Strong customer service mindset and teamwork skills Interested in building a long-term career in New York Experience in sales, customer service, or community operations is preferred [Compensation] $50,000-$70,000 per year (base salary + bonus)
