As a Genesis Curator, you will be on the front lines of a brand designed to inspire, delight, and surprise. Helping shape the future of luxury automotive experiences. Genesis House is in NYC's Meatpacking District, Genesis House blends hospitality and design into a seamless guest experience. Visitors can explore the full Genesis vehicle lineup alongside a world-class Korean restaurant, tea pavilion and library, event space, and rooftop terrace.Compensation:
$27.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experienceRole Summary:
Genesis Curator As a Genesis Curator, you serve as the face and voice of the brand. You will create personalized, memorable guest interactions, exceed service expectations, and support performance across both Genesis House. This is a highly interactive, hands-on role requiring empathy, professionalism, and a passion for delivering elevated experiences. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional guest service as a Genesis ambassador, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence and deep knowledge of the brand, products, and services Generate qualified leads and promote demonstration drives Develop expertise in Genesis products, Genesis House, and Genesis owner profiles, including VIP guests Capture guest and owner data in accordance with company guidelines to support relationship-building and future engagement Guide guests through a tailored, memorable experience at Genesis House Meet team KPIs aligned with client expectations Support the execution of onsite events Prepare for daily operations, including opening procedures and maintaining a professional, guest-ready appearance Assist guests with vehicle demonstration drives Create customized experiences based on guest preferences and real-time cues Provide timely follow-up on guest and owner inquiries Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience Embrace coaching and feedback to support personal and team development Maintain safety and security standards for guests, staff, and vehicles Uphold visual merchandising and presentation standards Support daily floor operations, including opening, closing, and coverage during breaks Share guest insights and feedback with management to improve performance and innovation Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the space, including light cleaning and vehicle upkeep Adhere to Genesis grooming standards (uniforms, including footwear, are provided and required) Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications 3+ years of experience in automotive, hospitality, events, or guest experience preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Proven ability to build relationships and contribute to team performance through feedback and collaboration Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to multitask effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Flexible and adaptable to changing situations Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand and move for extended periods; perform physical tasks such as lifting (up to 25 lbs.), bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving in NYC Work Environment Frequent standing and movement within and outside the facility Ability to navigate the venue safely and efficiently Regular lifting and carrying of items up to 25 pounds Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and stair useSimilar jobs in New York, NY
