Role Overnight Shuttle Van Driver Vehicle:
15-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (high-roof)
Route :
Times Square, NYC to Niagara Falls State Park, NY to
Times Square, NYC Schedule:
Alternating nights, each driver works approximately 3 to 4 nights per week
Compensation:

HOW A SHIFT WORKS
Drivers do not stay overnight. The schedule is built around a mandatory rest window at
Niagara Falls:
12:00
AM:
Check-in with guests at Times Square 12:30
AM:
Depart NYC (7-hour drive to Niagara Falls) 7:00
AM:
Arrive Niagara Falls. Driver goes off duty and rests 3:00
PM:
Driver back on duty, completes pre-trip vehicle inspection 4:00
PM:
Departs Niagara Falls for NYC (7-hour return drive) 11:00 to 11:30
PM :
Arrives back at Times Square. Shift complete. What We're Looking For Comfortable driving long distances at night. This is a 7-hour overnight highway run Calm, professional manner with passengers. Guests board late at night and need a smooth, quiet experience Reliable and punctual. Departures are time-sensitive NYC-based or able to reliably get to Times Square by midnight Comfortable with an irregular schedule (alternating nights, not a standard 9 to 5) Experience with highway/interstate driving preferred. Coach or charter experience a plus but not required
LICENSING AND COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS
Valid standard driver's license. NO CDL required (the Sprinter van carries 14 passengers plus driver = 15 total, below the CDL threshold) Must obtain a DOT Medical Certificate from an FMCSA-registered examiner prior to their first shift. Cost is the driver's responsibility upfront and will be fully reimbursed after successful completion of a one-month probation period Clean Motor Vehicle Record. No DUI, no suspended license, no serious moving violations in the past 5 years Must complete a pre-employment drug screen . Must be comfortable completing paper HOS (Hours of Service) logs per FMCSA requirements. We will provide training.
