Answer questions confidently, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a deep knowledge of the sites visited. Qualifications Proven experience in public speaking, teaching, or leading groups in a lively environment. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and engage diverse audiences. Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Effective time management skills to keep tours on schedule while maintaining flexibility. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities confidently in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience in tourism, hospitality, or related fields is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
