Guide Position - Part time $16.00-$18.00 per hour Applicants must be 18 years or older to apply. For more information please visit our website www.5-wits.com Guide Position Reporting directly to the venue Shift Supervisors in our Palisades Mall location. Guide is responsible for maintaining adventures, engaging customers, facilitating adventure introductions, hosting birthday parties and encouraging imagination. As an Adventure Guide, your duties will include: Ensures that guests are greeted immediately upon entering the store and that passers-by outside of the store are approached if they appear curious. Sells tickets, merchandise, gift cards, concessions, and restocks merchandise as needed. Responds to customer needs and resolves issues as necessary. Facilitates the beginnings and endings of the adventures. Hosts birthday parties by serving food and beverages and facilitating activities with party guests. Job Requirements Applicants must be 18 years or older Basic math and cash handling experience, phone and computer skills Must be customer service oriented with excellent communication skills Must be able to present yourself and the company in a professional manner at all times, have a sense of humor, and display a cheerful willingness to do whatever needs to be done to help the team Must be able to work flexible days and hours, Saturday and Sunday availability required
