This is a seasonal position which runs from late May to late August. What You'll Do As our Leasing Specialist, you'll be the heart of the community experience: Welcome future residents and guide them through the leasing journey Showcase apartment homes with confidence and personality Use strong sales techniques to meet—and sleigh —your leasing goals Deliver top-tier customer service to residents, guests, and prospects Assist with resident communication, tours, market surveys, and office tasks Help maintain a beautiful, organized, and inviting office, clubhouse, and models Why You'll Love This Role Besides joining an amazing team, you will enjoy: Higher-than-market MONTHLY commission! Schedules may include weekends, with flexibility as needed Please note this is a seasonal position which runs from late May to late August only Physical Requirements You should be comfortable walking the community, lifting up to 25 lbs. and keeping the property looking tour ready.
