Overview:
Focuses on enhancing the in-stadium experience and driving fan engagement throughout matchday.
Responsibilities:
Execute pre-game and in-game promotions Coordinate giveaways, contests, and sponsor activations Serve as a fan-facing ambassador Assist with kids zone / interactive areas Gather fan feedback and engagement insights
Qualifications:
Outgoing personality, comfortable interacting with crowds Strong energy and communication skills Interest in sports marketing or fan engagement
