• Conduct guided tours of our facility or location, ensuring an enjoyable and educational experience for visitors

• Lead groups of various sizes through designated routes, ensuring everyone stays together and follows safety guidelines
• Utilize public speaking skills to deliver clear and engaging presentations to tour participants
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor throughout tours, providing excellent customer service.
