We are looking for crew members who genuinely love the world of motor racing to help guide our guests through an unforgettable racing experience. This is not a traditional hospitality role — this is race-day energy, every day. What You'll Do Guide drivers through the full Outlaw racing experience Assist guests in selecting cars, tracks, and race formats Set up driver profiles, registrations, and race sessions Ensure all simulators are properly set and race-ready Educate guests on controls, racing basics, and gameplay Monitor race flow and assist with transitions between races Maintain a high-energy, organized race environment Troubleshoot basic simulator or user issues as they arise What We're Looking For Passion for motor racing (NASCAR, F1, dirt racing, etc.) is

REQUIRED
