This position conducts a walking tour through the Harry & David bakery and candy kitchen and production areas in a safe manner, while providing the history and fun facts and figures about the company. Enthusiastically greets visitors and provides them with a positive tour experience. Answers visitors' questions with detail and poise. Monitors and leads groups safely through the premises with knowledge of all fire exits, elevators, benches and restroom facilities. Assists visitors enter and exit the tour bus with special attention to children, elderly and disabled guests. Monitors area and communicates with visitors to ensure their safety. Shuttle driver for Special Events and Meetings as needed. Provides VIP tours, if needed.
