  • Part-time, Full-time High Life Adventure Park in Seaside, Oregon is hiring Adventure Park Course Guides for its Aerial Challenge Course Course guides are responsible for ensuring the safety of participants while providing an exceptional experience.
Applicants should be attentive, personable, energetic, positive and able to communicate with guests in a professional manner. Customer service experience preferred, especially in the tourism or outdoor recreation industry. Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, properly fitting guests into their gear, demonstrating proper challenge course techniques and interacting with guests to create a memorable experience. Course guides must be physically able to perform retrievals and rescues.
ADVENTURE PARK COURSE GUIDE RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform pre-use inspections of the course and equipment Provide instructions and assist guests with equipment Monitor activity on the course and provide assistance as needed Follow and enforce safety protocol and procedures Provide exceptional customer service
ADVENTURE PARK COURSE GUIDE REQUIREMENTS
Must successfully pass training to be hired Customer service experience preferred Must be at least 18 years old Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
