Job Description

Overview We are building a small, high-quality leadership retreat experience designed for professionals who need space to think, reflect, and reset. This is not a traditional training or workshop role. It is about helping create the conditions for a calm, grounded, and meaningful experience. Role Summary The Co-Facilitator supports the lead facilitator in delivering a one-day (6-7 hour) in-person retreat. This role focuses on flow, presence, and participant experience—not leading content. Responsibilities Support delivery of a 1-day in-person retreat (6-7 hours) Help guide transitions and maintain the flow of the experience Hold space during reflection exercises without over-directing Engage participants through natural, 1:1 interaction Assist with setup, materials, and overall experience logistics Support optional small group or partner discussions Observe group dynamics and help maintain a calm, grounded environment What This Role Is (and Is Not) This role is: Subtle and observant Grounded and participant-centered Comfortable with quiet, reflection, and unstructured moments This role is not: A keynote or high-energy training role Script-driven or overly instructional Focused on "energizing the room" Qualifications Experience in facilitation, coaching, leadership development, or related work Strong emotional intelligence and ability to read a room Comfortable with silence and reflective environments Professional presence aligned with a calm, grounded tone Preferred (not required): Background in coaching, mindfulness, or experiential learning Familiarity with tools such as DISC or similar assessments Corporate leadership, HR, or people development experience Compensation $300-$800 per session, based on experience Opportunity for ongoing work as the program grows Time Commitment Pre-session briefing (1-2 hours) Retreat day (6-7 hours) Optional post-session debrief What Makes This Experience Different Small group, high-touch environment Reflection-based (not presentation-based) Calm, intentional pace Focus on depth over volume How to Apply Resume or LinkedIn Response to 1 required question (Do not use AI): Describe how you handle silence or low-energy moments in a group setting.
