What We're Looking For Fluent Spanish is essential (English required; other languages are a plus). Strong communication and public speaking skills. Passion for history, culture, and storytelling. Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Comfortable working as an independent guide under a commission-based model.
