Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Jr Travel Manager to join our team for 3 weeks on an intense travel-heavy show with a large crew.
Responsibilities could include:
  • booking crew flights
  • booking and managing crew hotels, including adjusting checkout dates
  • booking new crew rental cars and managing existing reservations
  • managing the company uber account and sending out Uber invites
  • building travel itineraries or reviewing itineraries that others have created for accuracy
  • assisting with the accounting side of all travel bookings (reconciling final bills, turning in receipts, etc).
  • booking cast or special guest flights
  • assisting with departure emails Please only apply if you have at least 3 travel position credits.
Unfortunately this show moves at a breakneck speed so we don't have time to train someone new to working in travel. Job is remote; can be somewhat flexible between East coast vs west coast hours for the right person.
