They guide clients through the process and help them discover a home that aligns with their lifestyle and budget. At its core, apartment locating is simple: you help clients find and lease their next home - and you're paid by the property when they move in. But how it's done matters. What You'll Do As an Apartment Matchmaker, you'll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the apartment search process.

You'll:

Consult with clients to understand their lifestyle, budget, preferences, and priorities Curate personalized apartment home recommendations Guide clients through the search, tour, and decision-making process Schedule and coordinate property tours Communicate with clients via phone, text, email, and virtual consultations Build relationships with leasing teams and property managers throughout Atlanta Follow up with professionalism and consistency from inquiry to move-in Create and grow your own client pipeline through referrals, networking, and social media Deliver a luxury-level client experience regardless of price point What Makes Address & Co.
