Job Description
Strategic Analysis, Inc. (SA) Is rapidly seeking a Senior Travel Ambassador to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Serve as a key advisor and subject matter expert on all aspects of agency-wide travel, demonstrating deep expertise in preparing and submitting travel requests and authorizations through the Concur Travel System
Provide authoritative guidance on both domestic and international travel activities, ensuring full compliance with agency policies and federal regulations
Act as the primary resource for employees' travel-related inquiries, concerns, or issues, delivering timely and accurate resolutions while upholding exceptional customer service standards
Mentor and support junior travel ambassadors, assisting with complex bookings and voucher processing, and proactively addressing and resolving travel-related challenges
Regularly review and analyze travel experiences agency-wide to offer actionable feedback and strategic recommendations to leadership, driving continual improvement of travel policies and procedures in alignment with industry best practices
Oversee and track travel assignments, providing routine updates and detailed reports to ensure visibility and effective management across the organization
Requirements:
Demonstrated expertise with Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and other relevant travel policies
Experience coordinating travel arrangements, including planning, logistics, and troubleshooting
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leadership, peers, and administrative staff
Strong political savvy effectively navigates complex organizational environments and builds productive relationships
Agility and adaptability: comfortable managing shifting priorities, adjusting work schedules as needed, and responding to evolving organizational and travel needs
Reliability:
maintains a consistent record of punctuality, dependability, and follow-through with assignments and responsibilities
Proper handling of personally identifiable information (PII): exercises the highest standards of care in handling sensitive information, ensuring compliance with federal privacy regulations and internal policies

Remote delivery possible but some ad-hoc travel is anticipated
