About Urban Air Urban Air Adventure Park in Collierville, TN is looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team. Our Team Members help create a fun, safe, and memorable experience for every guest who visits the park. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love interacting with people, we would love to meet you! Position Summary Team Members assist with daily park operations, including guest services, attraction monitoring, cleaning, and helping ensure a safe and exciting environment for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide excellent customer service Monitor attractions to ensure safety rules are followed Assist guests with questions and provide directions around the park Maintain the cleanliness of attractions, seating areas, and common spaces Work with team members and management to ensure smooth park operations Follow all Urban Air safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment Reliable transportation and punctuality Comfortable interacting with guests of all ages Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods Skills Teamwork Safe Work Practices Problem-solving Cash Handling Time mangement Flexibility Guest Relations Professionalism Age Requirements We hire Team Members starting at 14 years old in accordance with Tennessee child labor laws .
