As a CDL Driver & Tour Guide, you'll be both behind the wheel and in front of the group, helping create unforgettable experiences through great storytelling, local insight, and genuine hospitality. For over 17 years, we've been delivering handcrafted tours across Nashville, Louisville, and even Dublin, Ireland. Our team is known for heart, humor, and a deep love of showing people what makes this place special. Safely drive guests on bourbon tours, private charters, and special events across Nashville and beyond Act as a tour host and guide, sharing facts, fun stories, and a warm, welcoming presence throughout the experience (we encourage our guides to add their own spin on their tours!) Represent our brand with professionalism, positivity, and people-first energy Adapt to changing schedules (we'll give as much notice as possible!) and the ebb and flow of busy vs. slower weeks Work closely with our guest experience team and fellow guides to make every moment count You Might Be a Great Fit If… You're CDL licensed with a passenger endorsement (required) You enjoy meeting new people and helping them feel welcome You're comfortable talking to groups while you drive (training provided!) You're dependable, team-minded, and not afraid to be yourself with guests You're comfortable with a flexible, part-time schedule (10-40 hrs/week depending on demand) Happy to pitch in where needed, with a strong sense of teamwork You're passionate about Nashville, bourbon, history, and hospitality, OR are excited to learn!
