Tour Guide/ CDL Coach Driver

Tennessee Whiskey Tours — Nashville, TN Tennessee Whiskey Tours is seeking professional and personable Tour Guide / Coach Drivers to join our growing team in downtown Nashville. This role combines safe commercial driving with hospitality and guest engagement while leading unforgettable Tennessee whiskey experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CDL drivers who enjoy meeting people, working in tourism, and operating premium executive-style coaches. Schedule Flexible scheduling Approximately 3-5 shifts per week during summer and early fall Approximately 1-2 shifts per week during slower months Fridays and Saturdays are required Based out of downtown Nashville Compensation $200 per shift Plus gratuity/tips Paid training Flexible scheduling Responsibilities Safely transport guests between destinations and distilleries Operate executive coach-style buses accommodating up to 57 passengers Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of vehicles Stay on schedule and coordinate with operations staff Provide excellent customer service and guest interaction throughout tours Assist guests as needed during loading and unloading Follow all DOT and company safety procedures Requirements Valid CDL B or A Passenger endorsement required Clean driving record Commercial driving experience required Tourism and/or hospitality experience preferred Ability to commute to downtown Nashville Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to work weekends, especially Fridays and Saturdays About Tennessee Whiskey Tours Tennessee Whiskey Tours is one of Nashville's premier whiskey tourism companies, offering unforgettable experiences to some of the best distilleries across Tennessee.
