Tour Guide (Performance-Based) -

Nashville Adventures Pay:

$15/hour + Tips (Top guides earn significantly more)

Part-Time | Contract This is NOT a typical tour guide job. We're looking for performers, storytellers, and confident public speakers who can command a crowd—not just walk them around. If you have experience in theater, improv, music, teaching, or live presentations , this role is for you. About Nashville Adventures Nashville Adventures showcases the true spirit of Music City through immersive, story-driven tours blending history, music, architecture, and culture . We are a veteran-owned company , and a portion of every tour supports local veteran nonprofits. Our team takes pride in delivering experiences that are engaging, meaningful, and unforgettable . What You'll Do Lead high-energy walking tours for groups of 10-30 guests Perform and deliver scripted stories with confidence and personality Keep guests engaged, entertained, and on schedule Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for diverse groups Handle questions, group dynamics, and unexpected situations professionally Represent the brand with enthusiasm and reliability Who We're Looking For You should apply if you: Are comfortable speaking loudly and clearly to groups of 20+ people Have experience in performance, public speaking, teaching, or hospitality Can memorize and deliver material naturally (not robotic) Bring energy, humor, and presence to a group Are reliable and punctual—this is critical Are available evenings and weekends

Strong Candidates Typically Have Backgrounds In:

Theater / Acting / Improv Tour guiding Teaching or education Music or live performance Hospitality or guest experience roles Compensation & Perks $15/hour base pay Tips (often substantial — strong guides earn significantly more per tour) Free parking downtown Flexible, part-time scheduling Opportunities for private tours & premium experiences Important This role requires confidence, stage presence, and professionalism . If you're uncomfortable performing in front of groups, this position will not be a good fit.

$15.00 per hour
