Job Description

Adventure Tour Guide - Full-Time |
On-Site Pay:
$40,000 - $70,000 per year Well now, if you love the great outdoors, critters big and small, and chattin' with folks from all walks of life, we've got just the adventure for you. We're hiring upbeat, safety-minded Adventure Tour Guides to lead guests through the good stuff: Horseback rides, Zipline courses, ATV outings, and up-close Exotic Animal encounters. One day you're cruising a scenic trail, the next you're soaring through the trees or introducing families to favorites like our capuchin monkey, tropical birds, kangaroos, and tortoises. No two days are the same, and every shift is a chance to make memories that stick. What you'll be doing Guide lively, safety-first tours across Horseback, Zipline, ATV, and Exotic Animal experiences. Deliver crystal-clear safety briefings, gear demos, and orientation before every activity. Share fun facts and local lore about wildlife, ecology, and regional history to enrich the journey. Handle and care for exotic animals responsibly, following strict welfare and safety standards. Check gear, habitats, and course areas routinely to keep guests and animals protected. Help guests with check-in, fittings, and prep so adventures start smooth as butter. Keep the energy high and the vibe professional from first hello to fond farewell. Team up with fellow guides to juggle schedules, group flow, and on-time departures. Stay cool as a cucumber when the unexpected happens and respond quickly to emergencies. What you bring A genuine love for the outdoors and caring for animals. Strong leadership and people skills with a knack for friendly, confident communication. Comfortable speaking to groups and spinning a good story to keep guests engaged. A service-first mindset and a team spirit that lifts others up. Serious commitment to safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Respectful, compassionate approach when working with animals. Experience in guiding, tourism, animal care, or education is a plus (we'll train the right folks). Bilingual or multilingual skills are gravy on top.
