Job Description
Do you love the outdoors and have a passion for adventure, wildlife, and connecting with people? We're seeking enthusiastic and safety‑focused individuals to join our team as Adventure Tour Guides. This includes opportunities to lead Horseback, Zipline, ATV, and Exotic Animal Tours. You'll help guests experience incredible outdoor adventures—from scenic trail rides and canopy zipline courses to close‑up encounters with fascinating animals like our capuchin monkey, colorful tropical birds, kangaroos, and tortoises. Every day brings a new experience and the chance to create lasting memories for visitors of all ages. Responsibilities Lead engaging, safe tours across various experiences (Horseback, Zipline, ATV, and Exotic Animal Tours) Provide clear safety briefings, equipment demos, and guest orientation before each activity Share educational insights about wildlife, ecology, and local history to enhance each tour Handle and care for exotic animals responsibly while following all safety and welfare guidelines Perform routine equipment and habitat checks, ensuring both guest and animal safety Assist guests with check‑in, gear fitting, and preparation for their tours Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic presence throughout every experience Coordinate with teammates to manage schedules, group flow, and smooth daily operations Respond swiftly and calmly to unexpected situations or emergencies Qualifications Passion for outdoor adventure and animal care Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills Confident public speaking and storytelling ability Excellent customer service and teamwork skills Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction Responsible and compassionate approach to working with animals Experience in tourism, guiding, animal care, or education preferred (training provided) Bilingual or multilingual abilities a plus
