Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire guests of all ages to participate, learn, and have fun in a lively, hospitality-focused setting. Duties Host engaging trivia games and themed quiz nights for diverse audiences, ensuring high energy and positive interaction throughout each session Ideating weekly themes, researching facts, and writing engaging, fact-checked trivia questions and rounds Building and maintaining vibrant, user-friendly trivia presentation decks on Canva to be used across all hosting locations Brainstorming theme ideas with fellow trivia hosts and leading collaborative creative sessions Manage event logistics, including setting up game materials, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth flow of activities Interact with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and guest support to enhance their overall experience Resolve conflicts or disputes among participants promptly and professionally to maintain a fun and fair environment Collaborate with team members to organize special events or themed nights that boost guest participation and excitement Qualifications Proven experience in events management or hosting live entertainment, preferably in hospitality, resort, theater, or food service environments Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor suitable for diverse guest interactions Public speaking skills that allow you to captivate and energize large groups of people confidently Background in food service or hospitality is a plus, demonstrating comfort in fast-paced environments Ability to work every Tuesday at 6:30pm Join us as a Trivia Master and become a vital part of creating lively entertainment experiences that guests will remember!
