Position Overview Reporting to the Network Standards and Capacity Manager, the Network Standards and Capacity Coordinator builds relationships with the network of CTFB partner agencies to assess potential areas for improving their capabilities, and increasing outputs and impact. This position serves as an expert with increased knowledge of Partner Agencies. This position is highly visible internally and externally requiring strong relationship management and communication skills. Additionally, this position receives, screens, and supports interested and new Partner Agencies while supporting reporting and metric oversight. This position maintains positive relationships and communication with colleagues and program partners. Your Responsibilities Manage a grouping of partner agencies, acting as their main point of contact for their CTFB partnership. Develop expertise on the partners in our network and support knowledge sharing across teams to inform CTFB's strategic direction by providing critical input on long-and short-term network development. Provide a high level of customer service to community partners on a daily basis, including answering the agency phone hotline and monitoring the agency email inbox, as needed. Conduct regular partner visits, working to build relationships and partner capacity while also overseeing compliance with policies and procedures. Ensure the sustainability of resources across the hunger relief network by identifying and leveraging partner strengths while working with partners on areas for improvement. Maintain accurate and up to date partner files, recording strategic conversations and tracking important relationship information in the Salesforce CRM system and CERES inventory management database. Actively communicate with and share insights from assigned partner portfolio with the Network Development Team, ensuring these insights inform the broader development of the network. Each partner agency is unique therefor this position requires flexible and responsive communication strategies to effectively advocate for and support portfolio partners. Contribute to the planning of agency trainings, conferences, regional meetings, and other network efforts to engage and support CTFB partners. Serve as a federal feeding program content matter expert in support of
USDA/TDA/TEFAP
regulatory compliance standards and adhere Partner Agencies are in adherence with all applicable standards. Monitor partner agency program activities to ensure quality and accuracy of CTFB programs, including food ordering, and leveraging internal departmental support like Operations, data management, and other departments, as needed. Promote partner participation in key CTFB strategic initiatives including the Service Insights Initiative focused on capturing client data from across CTFB's network. Assist with researching and pursuing new partnerships and with onboarding new partners as needed. Receive, track, and communicate with interested new Partner Agencies. Coordinate, participate in, and actively perform data analysis and reporting requests, sharpening Excel skills as needed to be successful in reporting needs for the program. Assist other program and services operations including direct distributions as needed. Provide direct assistance to clients of varying backgrounds; conduct client intake and data entry, implement client-feedback systems, and ensure security and confidentiality of client records. Facilitate outreach to organizations that can help promote our services to specific client populations Support the work of pilot and disaster or emergency response related projects by placing orders, tracking logistics, and more. Assist with follow-through on one-time and special partnership requests from across our service territory. Assist in the preparation of reports, data gathering, and completion of goals, metrics and deadlines. Commit to supporting CTFB's mission, vision, values, and culture. Perform additional duties as necessary and/or requested including utilizing language skills you possess for those we serve and the organization.

Working Conditions Hours of Operation:
Although organization hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., after hours work is required occasionally throughout the year, especially during peak times and disaster relief.
Environment :
This position works in a typical office setting. There may be extended periods of sitting, standing and/or bending; listening, talking and/or visual concentration; writing and/or computer use. Occasional work will occur in the warehouse or outside in inclement weather. The noise is the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
Travel:
CTFB serves 21 counties in central Texas and often requires same-day travel between counties, using a personal vehicle, CTFB passenger fleet and possibly occasional out of town travel for meetings, special events or meeting for some positions. Valid government-issued driver's license and vehicle liability insurance required. Y our Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Education, Social Work, Public Policy or related field. 2+ years relevant work experience. Experience providing superior customer service with a focus on relationship management in a service-delivery setting. Ability to adapt timely and fast-paced communication style to unique audience and cultural context, proactively identifying and overcoming breakdowns in communication. Flexibility in response to change, adapting quickly to shifting priorities while staying focused on solving problems with creative solutions. Ability to interact effectively in the community and at multiple levels within organizations, especially those serving culturally and economically diverse communities. High level of emotional intelligence, political astuteness, diplomacy and relationship building skills. Good judgment and discretion; strong ethical character capable of handling confidential information. An understanding of and value equity as an organizational operating principle and are committed to continued learning on issues related to diversity, equity and inclusion. Experience with food distribution programs and/or other program development and implementation preferred. Experience with federal feeding programs through the USDA. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, especially Salesforce preferred. Knowledge of racial justice, social equity and systemic racism; sensitivity to issues and concerns of communities of color and other diverse groups. Ability to balance attention to detail and goal/vision within program implementation. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite. Belief in CTFB's mission, vision, values and culture. Display a willingness and desire to work with people from diverse ethnic, socioeconomic and religious backgrounds. Display a commitment to service above all else.
