Job Description

Experienced Raft Guides Wanted Are you ready to make a switch and work for an experienced river outfitter? We are actively recruiting certified raft guides . We are running the Moab Daily primiarly.
Rivers We Run:
Utah:
Ruby Horsethief, Westwater Canyon, Moab Daily Colorado:
San Miguel, Dolores River, Upper & Lower Animas, Piedra New Mexico:
Rio Chama, Rio Grande (Taos Box, Racecourse)
Who We're Looking For:
We seek energetic and passionate raft guides who love the outdoors and are committed to providing guests with a memorable and safe experience while maintaining top-tier customer service. If you thrive in a team-oriented environment but can also work independently, we want to hear from you!
Position Details:
Full-time seasonal position 8 to 10-hour workdays, including weekends on a rotating schedule Trips operate 6 days a week
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging, educational, and entertaining tours Ensure guests feel comfortable and safe throughout the trip Guide and manage small groups (typically 2-9 people) Maintain strict timelines for trip departures and returns Handle pre- and post-trip preparations Work closely with the team to coordinate logistics and scheduling Taking turns driving the
Van Requirements:
Excellent public speaking skills Strong physical fitness to perform guide duties Flexible availability to adjust for scheduling needs Current First Aid and CPR certification (in-person class only) Ability to quickly build rapport with guests and teammates Work effectively both independently and within a team Willingness to learn and grow professionally
Preferred Qualifications:
