Compensation:
$15 per hour plus tips and incentives Spend your days outside exploring some of the most iconic terrain in the country while working with a fast-paced, team-oriented adventure company in Moab. We are seeking energetic, dependable individuals to join our team, leading world-class Hummer and UTV tours; assisting guests with UTV rental orientations and check-ins/check-outs; and supporting daily operational upkeep. What You'll Do Lead guided Hummer and UTV tours through Moab's scenic backcountry Conduct safe and thorough UTV rental orientations and inspections Deliver exceptional customer service to guests from around the world Support daily operations, organization, and vehicle upkeep Work closely with a hardworking, supportive team in a dynamic outdoor setting What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable Organized and safety-minded Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced situations Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willingness to relocate to Moab, Utah CPR/First Aid Certification preferred (may be completed after hire) Experience Prior guiding experience not required with equivalent experience — paid training provided. Compensation Starting at $15/hour Plus gratuities and performance incentives Start Date Hiring immediately.
