Job Overview We do beautiful horseback rides right outside Zion National Park. We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Wrangler to join our dynamic team! As a key member of our organization, the Wrangler will play a vital role in guiding, managing, and inspiring both team members and clients. Duties Guide horseback trail ride tours Feed and care for the horse herd Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction Have a "we can make that work" mentality as we thrive on same day bookings Repair fences and do other maintenance items related to the program Chip in on projects being done to improve the program Requirements Absolutely no gossiping. Any negativity needs to go up the chain of command. Not to co-workers.
