Responsibilities Lead engaging and informative tours, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all visitors Conduct tastings confidently, explaining flavor profiles and production processes with clarity and enthusiasm Provide exceptional guest service by addressing guest questions and ensuring their comfort throughout the visit Support retail operations including POS and suggestive selling Maintain cleanliness and organization of tasting areas, ensuring a professional presentation at all times Skills Strong public speaking skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Exceptional communication skills for clear explanations and storytelling Effective time management to keep tours running smoothly without rushing or delays Teaching ability to educate guests about our products in an accessible and engaging manner Qualifications Must be 21+ Ability to obtain
