About Fox School of Wine Fox School of Wine (FSW) is a premium historical and cultural tour company based in Park City, Utah, with nearly 20 years operating. We serve corporate, incentive travel and board-of-director type groups through immersive, story-driven experiences with a side of wine education - via our signature Mines & Wines and Gold Medal Wines tours. Our guests don't just taste wine - they leave with a story. The Role We're hiring 3-4 part-time Tour Assistants to support our guest experience. This is not a behind-the-scenes setup role - you're front-facing, guest-focused, and a key part of what makes an FSW tour memorable. Shifts are voluntary and posted in advance. You pick up what works for your schedule. Tours run primarily on weekday afternoons , with the occasional weekend afternoon . Most active tour assistants work 4-8 shifts per month, so this is not for someone needing full time work . You know the guest experience is the priority, and you're proud to play your part in it. Adaptable. Tours don't always go exactly as planned. You stay calm, think on your feet, and keep the guest experience intact regardless. Detail-oriented. You notice when something's off - a glass that needs refilling, a guest who's fallen behind the group, a logistical snag before it becomes a problem. What You'll Do Support the Tour Guide and the Lead Tour Assistant in managing guest flow, energy, and engagement Ensure every guest feels welcomed, included, and well taken care of Follow the direction of the tour Lead Tour Assistant Represent FSW's brand standards with professionalism and warmth Complete a structured onboarding process before working independently On some tours, lead small groups of guests through four stations at the Park City Museum using a provided script — comfort in front of a group is a must Requirements Must be 21 or older Must have reliable personal transportation (tours operate out of Park City) Must be TIPS or ServSafe certified — or willing to obtain certification before your first tour Strong customer service instincts — you know how to listen and respond to guests Comfortable on your feet for several hours at a time Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds (tour equipment and supplies) Comfortable in front of a group of people Compensation & Schedule $21-$25/hr depending on experience Shifts are voluntary — you choose when you're available Primarily weekday afternoon tours; occasional weekend afternoons Part-time only; this is not a salaried or benefits-eligible position
