Job Description
Tour Guide Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Tour Guide to provide our guests with an exceptional experience while touring with our company. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging in conversation with customers for the duration of the tour, and sharing interesting facts about the history of our area. Tour Guide Duties and Responsibilities Greet all guests promptly at scheduled tour times Check in guests and complete all required paperwork with them Provide guests on how to operate machines Answer any questions that the guests have Remain calm, friendly, and enthusiastic at all times while on the tour Clean machines after the tour so they are ready for the next tour Tour Guide Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Significant work experience in customer service preferred Experience with driving off road vehicles is a must!! Experience in basic mechanics of a side by side is preferred (
