Job Description

Envision Innovative Solutions is a trusted technology and engineering partner delivering mission critical capabilities to government and commercial clients. Founded in 2006, we specialize in cybersecurity, information assurance, systems engineering, enterprise IT and network support, C4ISR, and software development, with internal R&D in extended reality (XR)—including VR, AR, and MR—for training and simulation. Envision is seeking a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Travel Specialist to join our team in Arligton, Virginia.
Primary Responsibilities:
Make and confirm reservations for transportation or lodging, or sell transportation tickets. Check baggage and direct passengers to designated concourse, pier, or Track; deliver tickets and contact individuals and groups to inform them of package tours; or provide tourists with travel or transportation information. Apply DoW travel policies, JTR, and DoW FMR. Research and interpret the JTR; B) DTS Operations/Help Desk/Training; Review manually and DTS generated travel vouchers; Prepare manual/traditional and DTS travel authorizations; Administer the GTCC program in accordance with DoW FMR Process passport/visa applications Research the Foreign Clearance Guide (FCG); Commercial Ticketing Office (CTO) operations and use of GSA City Pair airfare rates; Process permanent change of station (PCS) travel authorizations and vouchers.
Required Skills:
High School Diploma and 6 plus years of related experience
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's degree from accredited university
