Job Summary:

We are seeking customer-focused professionals eager to engage, educate, and inspire guests at a prominent public attraction showcasing innovation in aviation and aerospace. Our team is dedicated to delivering world-class experiences by presenting interactive educational exhibits and leading factory tours for a diverse audience.

Responsibilities:

Engage visitors enthusiastically, deliver scripted presentations, and support daily operations across the facility. Facilitate guided tours, interactive STEM activities, and group experiences, ensuring both educational value and entertainment. Assist with ticketing services, wayfinding, theater presentations, and gallery interpretation to ensure an outstanding overall guest experience. Respond proactively to safety matters, participate in team rotations, and complete mandatory training and assignments as required.

Required:

Experience in a role requiring strong customer service, communication, and public speaking or presenting to groups. Minimum of 1 year experience in roles requiring strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work standing or walking for extended periods, and perform light physical activities as part of event and tour operations. Education typically acquired through a high school diploma/GED and at least one year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
