1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor for a night shift travel position in Lander, WY, requiring a minimum of 2 years of House Supervisor experience and a full suite of AHA certifications. Details Hospital-based Nursing Supervisor role within the nurse supervisor department Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Every other weekend required 13-week contract Requirements Active WY RN license or compact multi-state RN license currently in hand Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC (must be through the American Heart Association; RQI certifications are not accepted) Minimum 2 years of recent House Supervisor experience in a hospital setting No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date SSN and date of birth required for consideration Additional Information Responsibilities include day-to-day management and long-term planning of patient care areas, directing and developing nursing staff, and collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams Oversees nursing human resource functions including scheduling, coaching, counseling, and performance management Maintains nursing guidelines, infection-control policies, and ensures regulatory compliance with state board of nursing and nurse practice act requirements Supports patients, families, and friends through emotional, psychological, and spiritual care Monitors documentation, equipment functionality, and nursing supply inventory Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility may be subject to a local pay rate
