Hiring Servers

Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns or requests
• Clear tables, clean dining area, and reset tables for next guests
• Assist with food preparation and help in the kitchen as needed
• Process payments and handle cash transactions using Aloha POS system
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is a plus
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation
• Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with coworkers
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods of time
