Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback promptly Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with Mexican Food Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Ability to perform basic math for billing, tipping, and inventory purposes Previous host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous but not mandatory At least 18 years old and with drivers license Join us if you're ready to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a dynamic setting!
