The ideal candidate will support the servers by ensuring that guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a clean and organized dining area. This role is essential in enhancing the overall guest experience and requires a passion for hospitality and customer service. Responsibilities Assist servers with food and beverage service to ensure timely delivery to guests. Bus tables promptly, clearing dishes, utensils, and glassware to maintain cleanliness. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing supplies. Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service Communicate effectively with both guests and staff to ensure a seamless dining experience. Skills Previous experience in upscale or fine dining restaurant settings is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in bussing, banquet services, or kitchen operations is a plus.
