In this dynamic role, you will create memorable experiences for guests by providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth dining operations. Your energetic attitude and excellent communication skills will help foster a warm, inviting atmosphere where guests feel valued from the moment they arrive. Whether greeting guests at the door or serving delicious meals, your enthusiasm will be key to delivering outstanding hospitality every day. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and seat guests efficiently to minimize wait times Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients or specials, and provide personalized recommendations Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables and clearing dishes throughout service Handle guest inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette, ensuring excellent guest relations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues swiftly Qualifications Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest services, and hospitality standards is highly desirable Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a lively setting Excellent interpersonal skills to foster guest relations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere Hotel or guest services experience is advantageous but not mandatory Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
