Your role is to ensure every guest feels valued, comfortable, and satisfied, all while maintaining a lively and energetic atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence. This position offers an engaging environment where your culinary knowledge, sales skills, and attention to detail will shine. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues swiftly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems like OpenTable or POS terminals, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food handling regulations Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently with excellent time management skills in busy settings Basic math proficiency for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through passion for food, hospitality expertise, and vibrant service!
